CNC vertical lathe


The CNC vertical lathe is a self-innovated and developed dual-channel CNC vertical lathe, mainly designed for the specialized equipment for processing automotive wheel spokes. This equipment features a dedicated tool holder on the main tool post, with tool bars that enhance stability during the cutting process, resulting in high production efficiency for wheel spoke machining. The machine is also suitable for integration with automatic lines and has good versatility. The dual tool holders can simultaneously perform turning operations on inner and outer holes as well as different curved surfaces. The operating system uses the Guangzhou CNC 980TTc dual-channel CNC system, which is currently widely accepted and maturely stable, making it easy for operators to quickly master and operate proficiently.

       The PQSC CNC vertical lathe, independently developed through innovation, uses the GSK 980TTc dual-channel system. Based on the characteristics of workpiece processing, a detailed analysis of the tool's stress during machining was conducted, leading to an innovative redesign of the machine structure.

  1. The dual-tool holder starts/stops simultaneously at the right end of the machine, improving the stress direction on the machine guide rails and extending their lifespan and precision.

  2. Suitable for turning disc-shaped parts such as inner circles, chamfers, outer circles, grooves, and upper planes; easy to process with convenient handling of upper and lower parts.

  3. The chuck uses a hydraulic eccentric hook type chuck with a simple structure and low failure rate, making maintenance easy.

  4. The hydraulic system uses a Taiwanese brand with rigid connections that enhance the lifespan and stability of the hydraulic system; it is installed at the rear part of the machine base for an overall aesthetic appearance.

  5. The spindle motor uses a well-known domestic brand's low-speed, high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor to meet customers' heavy cutting needs.

  6. The spindle features an open gear two-speed transmission with a compact structure and high transmission efficiency.
