The body of the spinning machine, the movable beam, the top plate, and the contour cylinder base are all made of ZG270-500 cast steel, which has high strength characteristics and is not easily deformed during use. Additionally, the machine body has been optimized in design, increasing the support for the spindle bearing chamber and the input gear shaft bearing chamber, making it more stable during high torque operation to ensure reliable operation. The overall mechanical strength has been significantly improved, allowing the customer's bus wheel spokes to be formed in one spinning process, with a production rhythm of two pieces per minute, increasing productivity.
